Harmony right down to the finest detail – one of the main hallmarks of the E-Class CLASSIC. All of the design features are meticulously co-ordinated to create a harmonious blend. The 16-inch 7-spoke light-alloy wheels are painted in titanium silver, while the front apron with integral fog lamps, the rear apron and the side skirts exude an equally dynamic aura.

As the name suggests, the interior of the E-Class CLASSIC has a classic feel, including Avignon fabric appointments in either black or sierra grey. Both colours are also available for the optional ARTICO man-made leather or genuine-leather appointments. The fine eucalyptus wood trim elements – with the option of dark eucalyptus – create an extremely warm, welcoming atmosphere inside the E-Class.

The E-Class ELEGANCE is sheer poetry in motion. The attractive 11-spoke light-alloy wheels are available in two different sizes – 16-inch or 17-inch – depending on the engine variant. Atlas grey gloss is used for the radiator grille, while the bumper houses integral fog lamps ringed in chrome. Both the rub strips and the side trim feature chrome highlights. A fine chrome trim also adorns the door handles. Together with the side skirts, these design features lend the E-Class ELEGANCE a sporty, elegant silhouette.

The E-Class has elegance in its genes – and the E-Class ELEGANCE Saloon brings this trait fully to the fore. Elegant interior features include the Orléans fabric in black or sierra grey, the high-quality burr walnut wood trim and the refined chrome highlights. Optional extras include seat appointments in combined fabric/ARTICO man-made leather, genuine leather or the finest nappa leather – each of which is available in black, cashmere beige or sierra grey.

The ELEGANCE equipment line includes a leather steering wheel as standard or a heated leather/wood steering wheel as an optional extra.

The E-Class AVANTGARDE Saloon is a step ahead of the times. The wide, black gloss radiator louvres lend the front end an extremely distinctive aura, while the front bumper trim features chrome-ringed fog lamps and two chromed louvres. The AVANTGARDE line also has its own specific 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels available in either 16-inch or 17-inch format, depending on the engine variant. Add to this the lower-slung chassis, which has been dropped by 15 mm, and the striking rear apron and side skirts, and the overall picture is one of sheer dynamism all round.

There is an air of assured sophistication about the interior of the E-Class AVANTGARDE Saloon. The seats feature the “Biarritz” design and are upholstered in a combination of fabric and ARTICO man-made leather – in either black or sierra grey – which blends in perfectly with the bird’s-eye maple interior trim. Optional extras include leather seats with a choice of exclusive colour combinations: black, cashmere beige, sierra grey, sahara beige and cognac brown. High-grade nappa leather in black, cashmere beige or sierra grey is a further option.
